2. The chemical process is generally divided into alkaline sand and acid sand
Generally, it is carried out during the anodizing process of aluminum profiles. The alkaline sand process is to put the aluminum profiles in a high-concentration alkaline solution to corrode the surface of the aluminum profiles and form a matt effect. The principle of acid sand is similar. It all corrodes part of the surface of the aluminum profile. The surface effect of the aluminum profile treated by this chemical process will be more natural, but it will cause loss to the aluminum profile, and it is not environmentally friendly. Another point is the chemical process. The processed aluminum profile cavity will also have a matt effect, while the sandblasted aluminum profile cavity is still bright. Therefore, it is still necessary to select the matt treatment process for aluminum profiles according to product requirements.
